There are also some photographs from the school Eisteddfod on the main blog page. I was really impressed with the level of performance, effort and support given from our children to each other during their perfomance of the songs annd the poetry, da iawn to all.
I just caught the Year 5s on their way back to give them the homework task. Their LO is to retrieve and record information from The Horse Trainer document. They may write on the sheet but please cellotape one side into your book (trim the edge if you need to so the sheet doesn't hang out).
Extension task: can you think of other examples in life where both positive and negative reinforcement might be used. (Write these in your book with examples)
If you were given the activity 'Tricky Words' your LO is to be able to explain the meanings of words in different contexts.
Extension task: will be to write some sentences using the other meaning / meanings of the words in your book if you have time.
Return the task by next Tuesday please.
