Solar Eclipse 2015
We had a fabulous morning on Friday watching the events of the solar eclipse unfold. The children were in awe as they put on the specialised glasses donated by Dark Skies Wales. They were mesmerised by the change in temperature, colour of the sky and the movement of the birds in a space of just 35 minutes. in Year 6 we watched the sun change shape as the moon orbited in front of it. We made note of the different shapes we witnessed.
