Learning Log Task

We will be looking at imperative verbs this week in grammar.  These are also known as bossy verbs. I would like you to look up some wartime recipes.  Find your favourite and write a detailed explanation of how to make this dish.  Imagine you are asking the worst cook ever to make this dish. You must use lots of bossy verbs to help them understand what needs to be done to create this delicious dish.

Here is your success criteria to help guide you through this task:

MUST: 

• Include list of ingredients.
• Include imperative verbs.

SHOULD:

• Instructions are clear and concise.
• Include bullet points and/or numbered steps.

COULD

• Include diagrams.
• Include time connectives (e.g. firstly, secondly, next, after that, finally)
