World Book Day 2014
On Thursday the 6th of March we will be celebrating World Book Day. This year the School Council have decided that the following fun activities will take place at our school:
- Children dress up as their favourite character from a book - 50p to not wear uniform.
- Teachers to come dressed as a character chosen by the children - Please be kind!
- Foundation Phase will take part in a Book Hunt organised by School Council
- A Book Quiz will be held for the KS2 children
- Please bring to school any unwanted books for a Book Raffle. The children will pay 10p for a raffle ticket to win a book.
Get your thinking caps on and reading lots of books. I'm looking forward to it already!
