BIG GARDEN BIRD WATCH
All pupils were told about the upcoming Birdwatch project in an assembly this morning. We have encouraged anyone who can, to take part by watching and logging the bird activity in your garden for 30 minutes this weekend. It's easy to upload the data using a smartphone or tablet on the following website:
The website has fantastic resources with instructions for making bird feeders and bird identification sheets.
We would love to see any work completed in response to this project: photos, writing, artwork and so on. Every child who takes part will receive a special certificate in our award assembly.
All of the evidence we receive will be made into a hall display along with the maths work we complete in class.
The pupils seemed very excited about this! We look forward to seeing the results.
