This will be our final blog for the year. The children should have taken their end of year reports home with them on Friday, everyone can be proud of the progress they have made during their final year and I know they all have the skills to tackle Year 7 with confidence.
A few more notices to complete the last few days.
Monday: Our leavers assembly will be taking place in the school hall at 2pm. All parents and grandparents are welcome to join us for this special assembly.
Tuesday: PE kit needed, weather permitting we will try to take the children for sports day activities at some point during the day. Unfortunately we can't welcome parents as we won't know what part of the day we will be able to begin.
Wednesday: It has been tradition for the Y6s to have a water fight during the last week of term and the children have asked if they can have one. Can they please bring in a set of clothes that you wouldn't mind them getting wet and a towel if they wish to join in the waterfight.
The can also bring in one of their polo shirts signed if they wish.
We can have one last set of photos together on the grass at the front of the school, so if parents wish to bring cameras to take photos of friends
Amelie's mum has kindly uploaded the photos from the prom to Amelie's OneDrive - I will share this folder with the class and then you will be able to download / print any photos you wish. If anybody has some good photos from the golf club could you please add them into the folder for others to see.
Thank you all for your support during the year. I look forward to welcoming you tomorrow as we celebrate the children's time at Penygawsi in our leavers assembly.
Diolch yn fawr,
Mr Ball
