READING FOR MEANING
Please could you make a character sketch of a character from a book you are reading now or have read in the past? Think of the work we have been doing in school. You could draw the character as you imagine him/her/it from the descriptions in the book. Write the relevant quotes from the book that describe that character. Can you go on further by telling me what your opinion of that character is, using quotes to back up your answers? eg.
I think Tom is...I know this because the author says in chapter 2; "......"
