It was great to hear that so many of you were able to attend on Thursday, interested in learning about the skiing trip for 2013.
We can appreciate that it is a big decision allowing your children to go on the trip and hope that the information you received has helped you in making the decision.

We have run the skiing trip in partnership with Pontyclun for a number of years. It is a fantastic experience for the pupils and they all learn valuable life skills as well as enjoying the skiing.
The trip is just one of the opportunities that they will have this year to meet other pupils from the cluster schools who they will be with in Y Pant next year. There will also be visits to Y Pant, sporting events and the cluster trip to Morfa Bay in the spring term.
To provide you with the full cost implications, the skiing trip will cost approx £450 plus a little spending money and Morfa Bay will cost approx £135.
We appreciate that this can be a lot of money in one year. We will provide a savings scheme so that you can make payments monthly towards both visits.
