Next week's spellings are the suffixes -ive, -ence and -ance. You are be expected to investigate whether the suffixes affect the meaning of the word they follow, whether there is a correlation between the suffix and type of word (ie. noun, adjective, verb) and to identify words that you think it would be useful for you to be able to spell (minimum of 10). Then start learning!
You will be tested on your own words and will be asked to used them in context. Testing will be on Friday.
