Dear Parents / Guardians
On Monday the 23rd of November, the children in class 9 will be working with COSTAIN and Media 4 Wales on a project to promote safety on the new Church Village Bypass.
The children will be working with video cameras to create animations of Mr Cone, COSTAIN’s safety mascot.
As part of the project, Media 4 School will be videoing the children to use in promotional materials for COSTAIN to support their community links. If you go to the Church Village Bypass web site, access is available from the Class 9 Blog, you will be able to view videos that pupils from Penygawsi have been involved in previously.
Please can you confirm that you are willing for your child to take part in the safety projects and that you are willing for them to appear in the promotional video of their work.
If we do not receive the slip below on Monday morning we will assume that you have no objections to your child taking part.

I understand that they will be filmed and may be part of the promotional videos that COSTAIN use on their web site.
